Located on the Tai Hang Road of Hong Kong Island, this redevelopment project of the former Lai Sing Court would become a two-tower deluxe residential development that offers nearly 300 luxurious units. Some of the units would be returned to the owners of the pre-demolished Lai Sing Court. Anticipated completion by 2010.
